Tallented Chef:
Tallented Chef is the creation of Andrei Tallent who started the business shortly after graduating from the French Culinary Institute in New York.
After graduating with a B.A. in philosophy in 1998, Andrei ran a successful internet business until 2005 when he decided to change careers and pursue a long held dream of being a chef. He sought a degree from FCI in New York City, and graduated in summer 2006 with a Culinary Degree and certificates in Restaurant Management and Wine Essentials. While working at Dos Caminos in New York, he realized that the restaurant lifestyle was not for him and he hatched the idea of Tallented Chef.
After an intense home study course from the Culinary Business Academy, Andrei graduated with a Personal Chef Certificate in January 2007.
Andrei Tallent is a member of the United States Personal Chef Association and adheres to the ethics of the USPCA.

Service Area:

Tallented Chef primarily services Midtown East and the Upper East Side of Manhattan. There may be a travel fee of $20-$40 to other parts of Manhattan to cover transportation of groceries and equipment.
